We are not a direct party to the agreement between Clients and Vendors, except as necessary for payment processing and dispute resolution as outlined herein.

Client Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate booking information and case details.
• Adhering to agreed-upon payment terms for services rendered by the Vendor.
• Treating all Vendor information and work product as confidential.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Maintaining required certifications and professional standards.
• Delivering accurate and timely transcripts and services as booked.
• Complying with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines in service delivery.

All service fees are clearly displayed on the Platform prior to booking. Payment is processed through the Platform using a third-party payment processor. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Cancellation policies are set by the individual Vendors and are clearly stated at the time of booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to the Vendor's specific cancellation terms, including any associated fees.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
